No joking here. We take your privacy as seriously as our own, and have created this statement to explain what information we gather on the website, www.SillowayPress.com, and what we do with the information.

Our registration form collects minimal contact information, such as name and email address, so that we can send you our e-newsletter, KeyNotes, along with other information about our company's services and products. You may always opt-out of receiving future mailings by either emailing us at optout@sillowaypress.com, or by using the opt-out link on the bottom of our newsletter or other informational mailing.

We will never give, lend, sell, or share your email address or any other information we collect. Period. Our e-newsletter is administered by a third party, but their use of your e-mail address is governed by our policy.

Our site contains links to other websites that we do not control but which we present as either sources of information or just sites we find interesting and like to share. We have no control over the privacy policies of other websites and are not responsible for them or their actions.

If you order a book or other products and services through our website, we will collect information needed to ship the items to you and to receive your payment. This may include full name, billing address, shipping address, daytime telephone number, email, and other information needed to provide the goods or services you order. We offer a PayPal option which lets you make payment without disclosing any financial information (such as credit card number) to us. We also provide links to Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other online booksellers where you can buy one of our books. However, if you want a book signed by the author, you will need to place your order through this site.

We hate spam, too. So we do not send email to anyone who does not have a relationship with The Silloway Press. This relationship can start in one of several ways, including:

You purchase a product from us or from one of our authors.
You contact us for information.
